New to the app - management training via mini podcasts. This resource as has a host site where you can access the transcript and both can be accessed via iTunes.
I recommend you take notes under the NOTES TAB while listen; perhaps share some thoughts on the discussion wall.
However you decide to use it - here's an opportunity to build your knowledge base by embedding learning into your lifestyle.
Extra tip: Have your team download the app and it's content for individual or group coaching or for lunch/learns and staff meetings.
